Main Page Title

This should appear across the top of every page. It tells you which
section of Horbury Interactive you are currently viewing.

This is the main part of every page and is divided into three columns.
The left hand column will always show a list of pages that you can
view, either just on this section, or of the whole site.

The column on the right is optional, but if it is used it will contain
"value added" links which will be related to the main theme
of the current page.
